In an effort to give back to the community, Sanctum offers free 20-minute coaching sessions designed to help survivors find stability, clarity, and direction. Whether navigating an abusive relationship, rebuilding after one, or learning how to protect your peace while co-parenting with an abuser, our coaching sessions blend practical tools with emotional support and understanding.

Our areas of focus include:

 

Domestic Violence Safety Planning
Guidance for individuals who may still be in, or are preparing to leave, an abusive relationship. Together, we focus on identifying risks, developing a personalized safety plan, and connecting you with local resources.

 

Narcissistic Abuse Healing
Gain a deeper understanding of manipulation and control dynamics, rebuild self-trust, and begin to heal the emotional wounds left by narcissistic abuse. You’ll learn strategies to reclaim your voice, set boundaries, and begin moving from survival toward empowerment.

 

High-Conflict Co-Parenting & Parallel Parenting Coaching
Discover communication strategies that prioritize your child’s well-being while minimizing conflict. Learn how to stay grounded, establish firm boundaries, and maintain a consistent, child-centered and future-focused approach even in difficult interactions. Develop systems that reduce direct contact with the high conflict parent and create stability for your child while also safeguarding your emotional and mental health.
